Blka was launched in 2024 by Samer Aboalsoud, Abdullah Almunif, and Rawan Alsaeed, three Saudi entrepreneurs driven by a vision to democratize wealth-building through real estate. Having experienced the challenges of accessing property ownership firsthand, they set out to create a platform where prime real estate investment is within everyone's reach, regardless of budget constraints.
